REFUND POLICY – LDS GLOBAL ADVENTURES

Important Notice

At LDS GLOBAL ADVENTURES, we are committed to transparency regarding our refund policies. By booking any of our services, you acknowledge and accept the following terms.


1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds WILL be issued under the following conditions:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure:
    A full refund of the deposit will be issued.

  • Cancellation by LDS GLOBAL ADVENTURES:
    If we cancel a tour due to operational reasons or officially declared unsafe conditions (including closures mandated by competent authorities), the client may choose between:

    • Rescheduling the service (subject to availability), or

    • Receiving a full refund.

  • Force majeure situations involving official restrictions:
    Refunds will only apply if the service cannot be operated due to government or authority restrictions, not general weather conditions.


2. Transaction Fees

  • All refunds are subject to deduction of non-recoverable transaction fees, including:

    • Credit/debit card fees

    • Bank transfer fees

    • Payment platform commissions

These costs are non-refundable under any circumstance.


3. Non-Refundable Cases (STRICT POLICY)

NO refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to departure

  • No-shows (failure to appear at the scheduled pickup location and time)

  • Reservations made within 48 hours of the tour and later canceled

  • Voluntary withdrawal from a tour already in progress

  • Failure to participate in any booked service or activity

In all these cases:
➡️ 100% of the deposit is non-refundable
➡️ Additional costs may still apply if services were already secured


4. Weather Policy (VERY IMPORTANT)

  • Our tours operate rain or shine.

  • Weather conditions such as rain, clouds, or normal sea conditions do NOT qualify for cancellations or refunds.

  • Refunds or rescheduling will ONLY be considered if:

    • Authorities officially suspend operations

    • Travel is legally restricted


5. Late Arrival / Missed Pickup

  • Guests must be present at the agreed pickup location on time.

  • If a guest misses their pickup:

    • The deposit will be retained (allocated to drivers and service providers)

    • We may assist in arranging a new transfer (subject to availability)

    • A new deposit will be required


6. Early Departure

If a guest chooses to leave a tour or destination earlier than scheduled:

  • We may assist in coordinating transportation (if possible)

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances


7. Third-Party Services

Many services (transport, islands, accommodations) are provided by third-party operators.

  • Payments made to these providers are often non-recoverable

  • LDS GLOBAL ADVENTURES is not responsible for their refund policies or decisions

  • This may limit our ability to issue refunds, even in exceptional situations


8. Tour Changes / Rescheduling Policy

  • Date changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the tour, subject to:

    • Availability

    • Operational feasibility

  • Rescheduling may involve:

    • Additional fees

    • Price differences depending on the new date or service

  • Requests made within 48 hours:
    Not guaranteed
    ❌ May be treated as cancellation (no refund)


9. Final Agreement

By booking with LDS GLOBAL ADVENTURES, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood this Refund Policy

  • You accept all conditions stated above

  • You agree that these policies are final and binding
